Pinch valves

Pinch valves (produced under the license of “RF Technologies,Inc” company USA, Maryland), are designed for work in abrasive, corrosive slurries , liquids and powders. They find application in chemical, metallurgical, construction, mining, pulp & paper, electrotechnical industries as well as in domestic and industrial waste waters treatment.

Design version : with manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical actuators. Designed for work in abrasive and corrosive slurries, liquids and powders.

Inner diameter – from 25 up to 1000 mm ,complete product passage , operating pressure 1,5; 10; 20 and 40 kgf/cm2, temperature – from – 45 degr. oC up to +160 degr.oC, pH 1-13.

  • Standard design with full opening guarantees unlimited 2-way flow, low resistance and precise linear flow, zero leakage.
  • Self-cleaning , flexing action of the valve prevents the accumulation of scale and eliminates its clogging. It will never jam or seize.
  • Elastomeric tube is the only part in contact with the process stream .For its replacement no special tools or skills are required.
  • Sealed body and seamless “face-to-face” design eliminates the possibility of clogging.

Valves chief advantages :
  • Moulded under pressure elastomeric tube has longer service life than more expensive materials , such as stainless steel, stellite or other alloys in ball, conic, membrane or conventional pinch valves when operated in abrasive-corrosive materials forming scaling deposits.
  • Our valves come with standard ASME or DIN dimensions making them interchangeable with most ball, plug, membrane etc. valves. This interchangeability provides the possibilities of modernizing and improving of factories work.
  • SMART Valve ™ Wear monitoring sensor is built into each tube and gives an automatic signal when a tube needs replacement reducing thus downtime and outage cost associated with unexpected valves failures.
  • Elastomeric tube is the only part in ontact with the process stream .No pecial tools or skills are required for its replacement. This reduces maintenance cost by up to 70 %.

Uncomplicated procedure of elastomeric tube replacement . Elastomeric tube can be replaced when lower body part is dismantled . It is not necessary to remove valve from the pipeline for its repair. No special accessories as well as no mechanical treatment of sealing surfaces are required.

Valves advantages :
  • never jams or seizes
  • scaling deposits are destructed and flow away with the stream.
