Unique design of the "Progress" tower filter-presses envisages horizontal positioning of the filtering partitions, which provides performing of the filtering process in the most optimal conditions, therefore reducing the duration of the auxiliary operations and, accordingly increasing the filter-press capacity in comparison with other filter types.

Electrostatic precipitators

"Progress" electrostatic precipitators showed good results in major branches of the industry. Our electrostatic precipitators are operated in power industry, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, construction materials industry and other industry branches. Electrostatic precipitators can beoperated in wide range of temperature and pressure parameters.
The pressure losses of electrostatic precipitators are negligibly small and consequently the power consumption for the gas passage through electrostatic precipitator is minimal. BMP "Progress" manufactures different designs of electrostatic precipitators applicable for almost all branches of industry.

Gate valves

Gate valves DN 50, 100,150, 200, 300 with pneumatic actuator are used as cut-off gate valves in process pipe-lines with aggressive and neutral liquid non-cementing and gasous media in chemical, hydrometallurgical, mining, coal,microbiological, oil, ceramic, food (including sugar), aniline-dye-stuff branches of industry, as well as in communal services.

Reliable engineering solutions - symmetrical design, two fluoroplast-made sealing rings 4, floating gate serving as the cut-off organ, guarantee flawless gate valves operation in the most severe conditions. Gate valves are mounted between the flanges , to which the pipelines are welded. Pressure is fed from both sides. It is possible to install position "open-closed" control meters. Operating temperature range - 5-95°C. Material of parts contacting with the product depending on its chemical properties can be ? mild steel ( gate of corrosion-resistant steel) or corrosion resistant steels.

Pinch valves

Pinch valves are designed for work in abrasive, corrosive slurries, liquids and powders.
They find application in chemical, metallurgical, construction, mining, pulp & paper, electrotechnical industries as well as in domestic and industrial waste waters treatment.

Drum coolers B (diameter up to 3,5 m) are continuous operating apparatuses designed for cooling of nonharmful, nonexplosive materials.

Furnaces with rotating drums V (diameter up to 3,5m) are continuous operating apparatuses and are designed for thermal treatment of nonexplosive, nonflammable, nontoxic granular.

Heat generators for drying and kiln systems

Drying units are equipped with the heat generators, power from 0,12 up to 34,42 mW. Heatconveying medium is generated in heat generator in result of fuel burning (natural gas and liquid fuel) after that it is mixed with the atmospheric air (prepared according to requirements) up to required temperature. Prepared heat conveying medium of required temperature is fed to the drying drum.

Rotating drum dryers Progress-BN

Rotating drum dryers BN (diameter up to 3,5 m) are continuously operated apparatuses and are designed for moisture content decrease (drying) of non'explosive, non'flammable, non'toxic granular materials.

Metal construction

Company Trade House "Progress" offers full cycle of the works on the production and assembly of metal constructions, including the project Metal Construction, developing of detail drafts (Metal Construction Detailed). Also the Company can perform the assembly of metal constructions of various types on the individual projects.

Shell type, hot-water type and two-way boilers with water cooling door

We are working in close cooperation with scientific, research and design institutions, we develop new technologies and extend manufactured product range. On January 2007 "Progress" Plant Trade House" Ltd started serial manufacturing of hot water boilers with RIO reverse burners, having heating capacity of 100kW, 250 kW, 500 kW, 700 kW, 1000 kW, 2000 kW, 2500kW, 3150 kW, such wide capacity range allows to choose optimal boiler room capacity.

Progress-KMP automatic tower filter

KMP automatic tower filter-presses are used for separation into liquid and solid phase of not very difficult and difficult to filtrate slurries, containing from 50 up to 500 kg/m3 of suspended particles and forming cakes with high hydraulic resistance.

They allow to optimize the operation duty by changing the cake thickness within the range from 5 up to 32 mm.
